There will be no meeting, As there is the Peak Run that Sunday, if you fancy a day out on a traffic run, put your name down but it is limited to 12 Mk1's.
Gary is our gallant leader for the day, we leave Tesco at 10.00am
Bill.

I'm going to try for that run, as long as the camper is on track for Tatton without too much more prep.

Thought Id throw up a few pics from the imoc meet that I have borrowed* from rickmcrick's photo stream
It was a good meet, mix of different cars & a little bit of tyre kicking, followed by 1.5 hour drive & more tyre kicking at our destination. Also spotted another mk1 on the east lancs on the blast home
4 Mk1s turned out - they normally dont get any
Cheers
The guy in the 1a, Steve or Stephen I think it was.
He was saying he paid his membership, £15, but hasn't had his magazine.
He'd like to take his car on some of Bill's drives and shows.
I told him memberships have changed recently and he needs to contact Tom or Bill.
If anyone has his contact details it might be worth giving him a shout.
was a good day! great photo's Rick. mike.
We do not produce a magazine any more, also as far as I know the cost of membership has never been £15 so I am not sure what club he has joined but I don't think it is the MK1 club. Either Tom or myself deal with membership although it is not an absolute requirement to attend shows as you know Rick
won't be showing mine till next year when dorothy will be immaculate again
