hi dan im in middlesbrough and just finished my mk1 after 2years hard work. Its been rebuilt from scratch with new doors, wings, boot, bonnet and sills of a ford escort that fit with a bit of jiggleing and new wheel arches of a mk2 transit van that fit straight on and the whole floor i welded new, a labour of love and a lot of shouting from my wife. It was white and not a nice coulor white either so it is now a wonderful deep yellow my wife picked to match a coat she has. It has a portfolio like a who is who with every thing done and photos. Put it in for it test this coming week and see how she goes.
