					Racing Series Questions

							Hello,
I'm really interested in competing my Mk1 MR2 next season (if it doesn't sell), I've researched what's needed but wondered if you can change the steering rack for a quaiffe quick rack?
Also, is there any cost to join/compete?
I wondered if anyone could share details on the running costs per season i.e. repair, maintenance, servicing and tyres/fuel etc.
I'm thinking of getting sponsored to fund the initial build/conversion to race specification - i have a few contacts but does anyone know potential sponsors i could approach?
Thanks, Sean.

Hi Sean. I if you let me have your address etc & home or mobile no. I will ask one of the guys who compete to contact you to give you advice. They are a friendly lot & do help each other out when problems arise.
Please call on 07951 720899 or 01933 405388 with address please as I have not sussed out PM`s on this forum completely.
By the way. The club sponsors the Driver of the day & Driver of the year award.
Regards
Richard

Have you checked out the relevant websites for the different racing series?
http://www.mr2mk1club.com/showthread...ng-and-sprints
As sometimes the regs change a bit each year.
