Hi sorry for very late reply and thanks for the interest, yes we are always supplying them. Even if there are none on eBay, we can get some made. We have some on eBay at the moment here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...STRK:MESELX:IT

    Thanks
    Jack

Could I just let you know, the fixing tape you supply doesn't work. It is far too thin and doesn't seem to 'cure' I can lift my plate straight off after a month

Thank you for your comments, I must say though, we have not had any other reports about this problem before.

Ref the "far too thin" if your original plate is flat, but scratched this will not be a problem. If the tape was any thicker it would raise the plate and spoil the look, particularly on a MK1a were there is very little room for error

Please make sure the surface (your original plate) is free of dirt/grease before attempting to stick the plate down, my plate that I have had on the car for over a year now is still stuck like the proverbial "s**t to a blanket".

I clean the back of each plate with acetone before sticking the tape, if you try to remove the tape from the back of the plate, you will see how well it sticks, I have had to do this before, not an easy job!

If your original plate is not flat, i.e. dented, please remove it before attempting to stick the new plate down.

If you would like, I will happily send you another piece of tape, simply PM me your address

Great to see you still churning out the MKI stuff Jack. I've had one of your early versions of the gear shift plate sitting around for a bit, and now that I have decided to keep the car that it was meant for I can't seem to find it, lol. I'll let you know soon if I need a replacement. Keep up the good work.
