You need to update it yourself from User Control Panel > Board Preferences.

maybe ive never noticed before, but dont remember resetting it twice last year.
ive finnaly lost it
It could be that I also hit some buttons last year...
However, I'm pretty sure I can't affect members settings on a bulk basis; hence why you have to do it yourself. And even if I could, we now have non-UK members, so it'd be a bit unfair to change them to UK DST too...
There's probably a modification to do it automatically now but I'd rather not install any more mods as the currently installed ones give me enough maintenance work as it is...!
