Some of us are meeting at the Esso service station on the A21, Pratts Bottom (No Joke!) leaving at 11.30am for the meet at Pippins. If anyone else wishes to join us?

Thanks to everyone who came to Pippins today. A very enjoyable afernoon sitting outside the pub in the sunshine. Can not believe we were there for over 5 hours!

Nice to see Robert and Laura again and meet Will with his red supercharger that he bought from Mac Sheavills. Plus a surprise visit from Pete Kyte.

Sorry i didn't make it. Alternator belt decided to shred and jump off just after i came over the Dartford crossing. Managed to crawl to junction 1a and Princes road. I had a spare belt in the car and called out the recovery man. He only took 20 minutes to arrive but said he wasn't a mechanic! Anyway, the car had cooled down a bit by then and so with him under the car and me working from the top we fixed it.

Real shame you didnt make it this time.
I changed my alternator belt last week after finding it in a knackered but not broken state. Sounds like a common thing at the moment.

Are you coming to enfield show in 6 weeks time?
