This is the second of the great car shows that we the club attends
each year and well worth the effort.

TATTON PARK SHOW - 5TH AND 6TH JUNE 2010
You will have seen John Redmond's post of January 22 about the new arrangements for the shows in June and August. In order that I can send in the detailed information that the organisers are asking for, I should be very grateful if those who are planning to attend could let me have the following information before the end of March.

Do you plan to camp overnight with a tent?
Do you plan to attend overnight with a caravan?
Do you plan to attend overnight with a motorhome?
(Please note that there is a £20 fee for exhibitors who are using either a caravan or a motorhome)
Several of you know about the trees issue. The following is copied from this year's regulations for exhibitors: CAMPERS ARE WARNED OF THE DANGER OF FALLING BRANCHES AND ANYONE SETTING UP CLOSE TO MATURE TREES DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. Camping times are from 12 noon on Friday until 7pm on Sunday.
Please can I emphasise that if we are to meet with the organiser's request, we have to send this information at the beginning of April, and I shall have to assume that unless I have heard from you by the end of March it is because you are not intending to go.
There are ONLY 15 PLACES EACHDAY first come first gets a place, The tickets cannot
be changed as the car registration is on them and it cannot be altered.
