I am now the proud owner of a beautiful 1989 toyota super red mk1 with sunroof! She's in great condition and as soon as the insurance comes through she'll be gracing the north antrim coast roads
Does anyone have any recommendations on the best workshop manual to buy?

you can get a haynes from ebay, but best get the online/cd manual known as the BGB (big green book)
don't pay for it as it can be found for free on a download or cd format.

Hi nice of you to have found us, but i'm afraid you're not allowed to join our club. You car has far too little rust, and the engine bay lacks splatterings of various engine fluids. It's also red, not faded pink.

Haha yea I feel pretty fortunate to have found one in such good nick! Though I must confess the pictures were taken just after a polish and a wax, otherwise the paintwork is rather 'pink' in places
