I've only got one part of it. If you don't have a copy we could ask Jeremy directly.
Though really it'd be proper if we had his permission before it was hosted here anyway.
The technical section isn't up and running yet, but there's absolutely no reason why this couldn't go in there. In the meantime, I could probably host it on my own webserver if anyone is needing it desperately?
