MR2's Racing April 4th & 5th, Snetterton

Just over a week until the MR2 Racing season kicks off at Snetterton.
Though the MR2 Racing is on the Sunday, some of the drivers are racing their Mk1's in the Nippon Challenge on the Saturday.

Good luck with the start of the season ( i presume you mean you are racing too?)

i can't make sat, as i'm running a trackday at goodwood whilst the boss is away.
May be able to pop over sunday if were not too tired as goodwood and snett are both a fair old trek/distance for us.
I will try and make a few races to spectate, as weve been coming along for a few years now but didn't get to see much last year.

I think we met at Rockingham BAT day last year, I was in the Blue Mk1 that ended up with a box full of neutrals and went home early then had continued gremlins with the tow car

Some great racing over the weekend.
I think apart from some slight rubbing nobody went home with any serious damage.
The cars looked great, lets hope it raises the profile in some of the Motorsport press.
Great to see Tony & Debs again.

No wonder you were laughing all weekend, must have had a leak in the NOS bottle which would explain how well you did in the first race & tailed off in the second race
