First SE Pub meet

Hi y'all

had our first pub meet in the SE last sunday

was good too see acouple of old faces but must admit that all seem to be new faces, (well of people who have jioned in the last year)
i think that is really positive

we only had 3 mk1's attend but a few others in other cars too

Geoff who is a new member just got the car(helois blue) the week before and i am sure we will see again and i know he hoped to join this forum next weekend

Oh and had to leave it to last but we had a probe join us
none other than Andy J and his son (can never remeber his name sorry )

all in all a good day me and kel had a nice ride up through the lanes to the pub and hope too see you all again soon

by the time i had stopped chatting there were only 2 cars left bens and geoff's so i got a pic of them

4th May. Apparently all cars are going to be on the stand so I want it to look tidy, especially since its an IMOC event and so will probably be mostly Probes.

I was thinking of posting it in events here, but we'd really have to go with IMOC as we need 10+ cars confirmed in order to get a stand.

Yep im sure me & Debs will be up for the next meet, been busy getting the workshop sorted , so thats taken up most of our weekends so far, glad you guys had a good time & im sure next time there will be more MK1's out of hibernation Jinxy
