Excellent work Debs, please let us know if there is anything you would like us to do. Myself I'm going to be tied up with running Le Mans but if you need me to organise anything specifically then let me know.

So what should we plan for the weekendat Billing then, wht did you think of my previous ideas listed further above. The only things we really need to organise is asking the affilliates if they would like to attend, MR2 Only, Steve Brookes, etc, it would be nice to meet them and put businesses with faces.

Deb remember to ask if there are any hidden charges or surcharges if we have more than 50 tents.

Should we go with a theme for the weekend, fancy dress Japanese theme for example.

The record for club MK1's is 54 which we achieved at billing July 2004.

So can we break the record this year, we have a good opportunity to get many, many MK1's together, we have over 350 members in the UK, so even if just a 1/4 came we would smash the record easily, can we get 100 MK1's together, now that would be something to see and be proud of.

So please, have a look at your calendars and see if you can make this event, this will be the clubs 1st BIG meeting at Billing ever outside JAE, lets show our support and turn out in numbers
