    Mk1 MR2 (Gold Leaf livery)

Well the time has come for me to sell my Mk1 MR2b.
Ive owned this car for 5 years, but with other cars to enjoy and a busy young family it has barely turned a wheel in the last 2 years.

Respray in Gold leaf colours, all 3 colours painted (no sticker sections), bumpers fully stripped and expensive flexible additives used in paint so it won’t split over time.
Safety Devices roll cage (passenger can sit in it no probs with the down bar, but the downbar unbolts if you don’t like it)
    Spax shocks and springs
    Whiteline ARB's. (newly powder coated)
    EBC yellow stuff pads.
    K&N filter
    Front strut brace.
Standard exhaust currently fitted with 1 silencer removed
16in Rota gt3 wheels in black, Toyo R888 tyres

All corrosion repairs were done at the respray time. rear arches, sills and rear triangles, all external trims removed and any areas of corrosion cut out properly and fresh metal welded in (all professionally)
The common areas of corrosion at the bottom of the A posts are all perfect with some minor localised repairs, also the area at the bottom of the B posts (where the courtesy light switch mounts) are perfect.
Front wings are genuine steel and again in perfect condition.
The Front crossmember is a one off tubular item made for the car by a roll cage fabricator, unbolts as per the original type, but much stronger. Powder coated black.

Its done 148k, The engine has always been reliable, and the gearbox doesn't jump out of 5th.
I have lots of paperwork with it, but please don't expect 30 years of Toyota stamped service history.
As set out below, I had the cambelt and service items done when I bought it for peace of mind.

In addition the cambelt was replaced 1000 miles ago, new radiator, new discs all round approx 300 miles ago, and new alternator at the same time.

New Radiator and rebuilt fans and fan surround

Replacement exhaust manifold fitted. Old one was cracked)

Powder coated (rising sun) rocker covers.

    Parts to go with it:

    Stainless steel Exhaust (used)
2 x C52 gearboxes (one is very low milage)
Complete front and rear hub assemblies
Loads of spares from a donor car I had, ECU, wiring, trims, etc etc
Brand new OEM Toyota clutch kit
    New (possibly re-con) distributor

I have 5 x teardrop alloys that need refurbishment that can go with the car, I can possibly get them re-furbished and a matching set of good tyres included if the potential buyer isn't keen on the Rota wheels and R888 tyres.

    12mths MOT

    Plenty more pictures if required

Price is £4250 or near offer.
