Not exactly a new member post, but it's linked so thought it a fair spot to post this.

Well, it's been almost a year since my first post on this forum which I was directed to after visiting the Classic motor Show at the NEC last year. There I had the good fortune to meet forum members Pistol Pete and Ben who gave me lots of encouragement and told me to sign up to the forum and not to give up with the Mk1.

100 posts later and I thought that I would say a few thanks,

- Thanks for all the advice received to date. I'm a rank amateur at all of this stuff but I've taken confidence from all the great advice and have managed some serious (in my book) jobs.

- Thanks for patiently reading and commenting on my updates, however trivial. With this stuff, it's good to have a group to share it with.

- I speak on behalf of my Mk1 when I offer you her thanks. Thanks to progress made this year she's managed her first driven mile in 5 years!

Cheers all!

Andy
