They may have had the leather replaced because they don't have the perforated sections. Still they look smart and good for £30. The inboard hinge covers are missing also. I wonder if they were broken when they were removed to replace the leather?

Dont think they are leather look like leatheret covers my mate had some fitted in a mk2 very good though.

Don't think they are oem either, as the oem leather wouldn't have had black cloth around the lower portion of the seat sides. But odd that it actually has the odd little velcro patch on the lower back edge of the seat, which is on the oem seats. But still, a pretty tight fit for an aftermarket seat cover. If actually leather they are a pretty decent deal.
