New to the club, looking for advice!

Hi all, been into my MK1's for a while and had a couple in the past, near on completing a rebuild of an 89' model. Once she is done I will of course share some before and after pics with you all!

The mean reason I am reaching out is because I have completed all of the heavy work but need someone to help me with the timing and tuning. I like to test myself with cars but do not have the tools or the knowledge to get the final few steps complete... I am based in Warrington, does anyone know any vintage Toyota specialists or mobile mechanics they have used in the North West? Would prefer a recommendation rather than just going for someone out of the book.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
