I think I have found one of the previous owners.

That website belongs to Mark Nias shish runs this forum IIRC http://forums.mr2.net/
Black is not a colour ! .... Its the absence of colour
Yep that's Mark's old car. I actually own another of his ex SCs and judging by mine he will have looked after it extremely well
If you don't mind the auto box that looks like a steal at £3k.
I have sent him an email, thanks guys.

The price of the car has now been increased by £300 and Mark sold the car 12 years ago with a genuine 60,000 miles and the seller is stating it is now at 67,000,so it has either been sitting around or something is not quite right.
edit - doh! - ignore me, hadn't spotted is the same one mentioned in coverco's post
noticed a different one appear on ebay incase interested

I did spot that one but looks like the dreaded tin worm has taken hold and not as nice,I may have to give the super chargers a miss as they look to be possible money pits.
Superchargers tend to be a fairly solid proposition, purely because they've usually spent less time on UK salty roads. Obviously that's a bit of a generalisation, but I've owned several imports over the years and they've all been more solid than a lot of UK cars of similar ages.
