I Bought my MR 2 Mk1 as a private buyer from the previous Owner in Newbury.
That was 1998 and used it for two years before the rust problems appeared.
The intention was to Repair it in what was left of my free time, No chance!!.
It has been languishing in a temporary Garage in my Garden and is due to
go to Baldock next year for the treatment.
I have just about managed to work this computer well enough to join this forum.
Like my car I am well passed my sell by date!!

Hi Michael

I went to baldock last month and I was very impressed. The guys know what they're talking about and there were 3 or 4 Mk1s including a supercharger there being worked on. Would be interesting to hear from others who have had work done previously.
