Yes. This was for sale last year neading some body work and a spray.....not much though. It was £800. I was lined up to see it as it was not too far away but this guy bought it, Restored it and put it up for 5k just two weeks later.
He advertised for ages without a sniff. Dropped the price last week to £3600 and it went within days. Looked like he did a proper job though. Bargain

It has just resurfaced on ebay...it was obviously bought by a dealer!
In a few months, this car has gone from £800 to over 5k!
The guy in the middle is the one who did all the work so i hope he made enough on it.

no one has done over 4K worth of resto on a MK1 in 2 weeks
silver T bar is a rare sight but adding that much value no way
