    Busy Newbie.

Hello all, We have been mk1b owners since April 2013, but have only recently joined the club. I dont drive due to visual impairment, but ican honestly say the mk1 is the best car i have been a passenger in, my partner Marie loves driving her, puts a smile on my face every time we take her out, especially after fitting the mogoose yesterday.Other jobs this weekend include sorting out fast idle on start up, using the valve cap method.,Job done i have opened a thread in electrical, regarding the hornet alarm, electrics baffle me.Click image for larger version.

Welcome to the Club Martin! Looks like a tidy example you've got there.

    Cheers,

Thanks Tom, Yes we are well pleased with her, previous owners have spent loads keeping her up together.

Welcome to the club Martin. It's nice to know you can still enjoy the car without driving it.
    Cheers

Thanks Chrys . I get to tinker around with a great car, and when we take her out, and maybe call into a pub for lunch, not being the driver, i can have a beer. Or 2.
    Cheers
