Another shocking ad...
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-MR2...item2ecc2bdffe
Jesus wept! Are these people serious? Would you advertise a Ferrari with lines like: 'air vents which make it look better!' and 'the perfect car for the right person'. I sometimes wonder if garages do any research before selling a car. I'm tempted to phone these guys just to take the mickey out of them for such an embarrassing advert!

I saw that last night and threw up at the sight of the wheels. That is ghastly.

The car is known for its driveability, why would you put big wheels on and ruin the handling? Beyond me.

I've got no issue with the car it's just the advert. Wheels are a personal taste but can easily be swapped over. Instead of the advertiser stating things like a custom clutch and air vents and spoiler which are standard, why don't they say things like fine handling mid-engined rear wheel drive chassis? It bothers me as people who are selling things should know their product. Obviously the usual client of the garage knows absolutely nothing about cars, and maybe all of their adverts are just BS to draw in imbeciles.

Woo hoo it's local for me - dunno what you lot are on about - dealer is obviously very knowledgeable . . think I'll cancel trips to see members' motors which might have boring but reliable old toyota clutches... ? ?
