I'm really looking forward to having another day out tomorrow and putting more faces to names. I've just given the car a quick scrub-up, although the two hour drive to Macclesfield ought to undo the effort!

I'm tempted but not sure I trust the car enough at the moment as I'm still running the new engine in.
How far is the route altogether?

hi lee , its around 140 miles full of twisty roads but it shouldn't be a problem for your engine ,you will be on tick over compared to us using mere 4age power plants . how many miles have you done testing it already .

I've done 300 miles so far but longest single journey has been 25 miles. Still on mineral oil and only using 0.5 bar boost at the moment.

it should be alright lee ,were only going steady today . there are 2 more 1.5 conversions going on the run , these should sound brilliant going through the tunnel .
