    A/c conderser

    Im after a a/c condenser in reasnoble condition or anywhere I can get a new one.

    Yes, I'd also like one. Be very interested to hear your experience in getting it going again as me and several others in the Club dream of having it working.

    Heres where im up to bought the kit off ebay america for £19 because its cheaper than the uk also cheaper than just buying adapters for the valves. Down side is the oil in the can has PAG oil in it but my plan is get a condenser if its secondhand clean it out with pure alcohol to get rid of any oil. Take the pipes and compressor off and clean that and refill with lighter oil10cc of oil in each pipe and condenser and give the gas off ebay a try if it works and doesnt leak then I will get it evaced and filled with R134a and oiled with the lighter oil long winded but its a tintop with keep fit windows.

    Sounds like you have quite a plan and keep us updated on the outcome please.I'm not that familiar with a/c workings and specialists seem to shy away from the task.

    Trusty old Trevor at Tcb had some last year ,not sure if he still has any. Worth a try
