Great, as soon as I pick the car up I will start a thread for a meet somewhere close to the Hertfordshire / Essex border, possibly the Kings Head in North Weald as it has a nice big car park :) Look forward to meeting up with some local Mk1's (and their owners)

Congatulatione on getting your new MR2 Supercharged, I have a near identical one in Mica Blue at home! Similar milage too, will be up for sale soon as I wount be using her throught the winter - way to good for that.

Thanks for the lift from the airport, the car has performed faultlessly on the drive down so far, I made it to Carlisle by 10pm and will be heading back to a hopefully dry Essex this afternoon. Don't worry the SC is in safe hands and will be lavished with care and attention!Quote:

Definitely do the weekend at this time of year and either a Saturday or a Sunday (I may struggle with some Sundays but give it a whirl)
