STAFFORD SPORTS AND KIT CAR SHOW - SUNDAY 13th MARCH 2005
Sunday morning 13th March had to be a glorious sunny one to make the first show
of the year a success and to attract a good crowd. There was a good crowd but
sadly only four MK1s and 8 attendees from the club.
There was
as usual a good selection of car kits, all you needed was a healthy bank balance
and a great deal of spare time and a little car building expertise and you would
be on the road so to speak. I wonder if we will ever see a kit for a MK1. If
ever you attend a Kit Car show there is always a good selection of stalls where
you can find every size of screw, nut, washer, bolt etc. plus a thousand and one
other useful bits and bobs, the next one on our 2005 events list is Castle
Donington in October, give it a go.
