KIT CAR SHOW STAFFORD SUNDAY 14th MARCH 2004
Maybe it is the time of year but it always seems to
rain at this show, and this year was no different. However in spite of the
weather 5 MR2s turned up and I for one always enjoy the chance to enjoy the
camera less A50 and the twisty country roads between Uttoxeter and Stafford.
Stuart struggled to put up the club banner in a vain effort to try and stop
people using our club pitch as a public car park. By the time Lauren Blighton
and Mark Nias arrived the rain was horizontal, and after looking at her latest
modifications we gave up and sought the shelter of the bar to discuss the
forthcoming MR2 Challenge.
