    James, with regards to the recent dispute over the shock absorbers I have not yet received, I am going to have to demand a full refund back, unless you can give me a tracking number for the item that proves its postage. I have been in contact with the Citizens Advice Bureau and they are now aware of the case, and told me to be 100% sure I have no tracking ID number before they can make any further steps.
