Hi everyone my name is Steve.I have always had performance Fords, i have just bought my first mr2 mk1 t bar,its 1987 in silver, 5 owners, 12 months MOT, 2 months tax, needs the usual panels at the back end, all for under £700 what a bargain .Its a great car to drive and handles really well.I am chuffed to bits it really puts a smile on my face

Most people who post up introductions sound at least as excited as you, sometimes more so. It is the car, driving it makes you have a smile on you your face.
Enjoy, they are huge amounts of fun (and I also own a ford but hardly a performance one - diesel estate)

silver T bar is quite uncommon these days (see how I avoided saying "rare") still even has its white expansion tank cap, keep an eye on that as they are usually perished and will cause coolant loss, best to upgrade to the later black one Enjoy!!

Thats a bargain mate the condition of the seats alone Others may have said the colour of the car is uncommon but I WILL say this mk1 leather seats like that are RARE Chris.
