87, 111,300 miles, 4 months MOT. I've had this car for over 3 years and it
has never let me down. It's been the best car I have ever owned. Over this period
I've had the cam belt, head gasket, alternator and heater matrix replaced. Recently
I've had a new clutch, seals, sills and 2 new Michelin Pilots fitted. The engine
sounds and feels great, I've replaced the oil every 4,000 miles and always warmed
the engine up before use. It also has a stainless Mongoose exhaust and a
K+N, alarm and immobilizer and removable sun roof. I've had the rear arches
done but unfortunately there are a few patches of rust that have recently
started to show and someone has driven into the front wing and left a
dent. I need the car to sell fast as I don't have the room now so I've priced

for the last 18 years and am reluctantly selling due to needing a car with more
room. Car has been driven daily since first registration. Approximately 7 years
ago I had MR2DC Wheel arches professionally fitted together with work done to
inner arches, new windscreen, all rust cut out, wheels refurbished, completely
waxoiled throughout, resprayed in 2PAC (4 coats) and lacquer finish (2 coats)
(full photographic history of refurb) Other items replaced in the 18 years I
have owned it are fuel pump, clutch and heater matrix. Also new cam belt
fitted at 153,000 miles. I have a lever arch file filled with receipts

89, F, Dark Blue T-bar, black leather, 137,000 miles, FSH. I
have owned this car for a over a year now, I originally wanted to restore it,
however due to various difficulties I have been unable to complete any
renovations. My brother also needs the garage space for his new car!
Unfortunately, its my car that has to make way! The car is currently
sorn with no MOT or TAX. When I originally bought it, it ran perfectly, however
it has been stood for while, but will start first time, every
time (after the batteries been charged). The car has various extras, 15"
after market alloys, lowered suspension, clear side repeaters, Scorpion exhaust,
Cobra remote alarm and immobiliser, short shift box, upgraded stereo system
(CD, tape and equaliser) and a lazy eye kit. The look is excellent,
however there are blemishes to the exterior (only minor). The
leather seats are not ripped, but are a little cracked (remainder of interior is
A1 condition). The car does not leak water through the T-Bar roof and still has
the original T-Bar covers. I am unaware of any mechanical defects, however
i cannot guarantee this. The car has extensive history, including service book
and wallet (lots of stamps) MOTs, bills and receipts. Will make an
excellent car. I have a spare engine that will go with the car, if

1986, Chassis no. JT1C OOAW11 00044214, 165,000 miles,
Metallic Beige - now rare. My second MR2 has not been used on the road for two
years, so now the alternator is seized, the handbrake is seized on, and it has
no MoT or Tax. Other than that, there does not appear to be any further major
problem. As I have two of them, I have decided to keep the runner, and dispose
of this one to a good home. Flatbed collection would seem the obvious choice.
That's the bad news - the good news is: Same owner for past ten years - serviced
on time every time and maintained to a high standard. Garaged when not in use,
except for the last nine months. This is almost the last of the original early
build, with tilt and removable sunroof. Recent work includes: head decoke,
reface, strip camshaft and reset tappets, new head gasket, distributor oil seal
and coolant temperature sensor , new radiator. Magnex stainless exhaust,
complete system - lifetime guarantee. All original equipment includes sunroof
