Edited - If you give me £800 before the weekend, It's yours, otherwise I'll be stripping her for parts.

I've just bought myself a new project so up for sale is my mk1. I bought the car in April this year and have enjoyed trouble free motoring since then.

It's done around 130k miles (will confirm tonight).
11 Months MOT, approx 8 months Tax (will check exactly)
Elise backbox
16" Team Dynamics wheels
replacement t-bar seals. Doesn't leak unless using a pressure washer

As you can see, the front has taken a bump at some point in the past, I have the replacement bar but haven't had time to fit it yet.

The rear arches have been repaired in the past and are not the smartest repair, again haven't had time to get this sorted. They're still solid though.

I need to an engine on another mk1 so will use this one which seems a shame for a generally decent car :(

Hey,

If you decide to strip it, i'd be interested in the rear bumper cover, bootlid and spoiler, but could you check the paint code on the vin plate please? :)

Sure, It's looking Highly probable now as I've just arranged an engine hoist and a couple of extra pairs of hands.

Are you OK to wait for a week. we'll be doing the engine swap this weekend. If I have spare time after then I'll set to removing more.

I'll check the colour :+:

Please can I have the left-hand side skirt?

I assume the t-bar seals are now stuck hard in place and they're not easily removable?

Skirt shouldn't be a problem, I'll pop it off over the weekend and check for damage, I'll pm you once removed. :+:

I'll have a go at the seals and let you know too.
