You could rent a car and prove how awful you are. Pretty inexpensive relatively.

I quite like the idea of going to this. Can't really go wrong at £10 for a day of motor racing!

Does anyone fancy camping on the Friday night? According to the website, it's included in the entry fee!

I reckon we will camp, just to make as much use of the van as possible before the season ends. Plus having the van there will make the day a bit more comfortable in the event of the weather being a bit, ahem, "British" :D :thumbup: :lol:

If anyone is in the area the MR2s are racing at Castle Combe this Saturday. I'll be there from 11ish :)

If you arrive on Friday, there is not normally anyone on the gate. It will be a test day or track day (haven't checked the calendar) so if you are staying for the racing, you are already in.

Great finally seeing the MR2's racing!

The other racing on show was great too and the highlight of the day has to be the mental go karts! They had the European Champion along in addition to the already crazy karts, and he was lapping ten seconds quicker than even the quickest cars on the day, and 30 seconds a lap quicker than our MR2's! Balls of steel!

I'll definitely keep out for the series at other venues next year.
