Went to Japfest in 2003 when there were about 15 MK1s from the club also had a good spot, went a few years ago with the MR2OC now seems to be full of modified or high performance cars.
Still a good day out with lots to see and chat with like minded people.

we will hopefully be doing the shows this year Martyn, having stopped the sprints hillclimbs for the next year or two, however it'll be in an old Volvo 144 not an MR2! hopefully we'll see you out and about!

its a 1971 144 S hopefully it'll be re-painted in time for mount edgecumbe, not quite on handling terms with my old mr2's but its a cool old barge and not many around either.

How do Martyn,
We will be going to Powderham again as usual, but won't be at Sherborne Castle this year as we have something else on.
I hope both you and Dawn are well.

All the best
