That's a bit f.... rusty. Pending on how much you want to spend MK1Dal usually has a couple and Paul Sims has about 5 for sale various prices.

Im looking for a project, so cheap money, dont need an engine as this little 4age is a sweet unit. just a shame the rust is all over the floor and the engine bay :(

To be honest theres not a lot of cheap mk1's that don't need welding. Give Paul Sims a shout hes got a White one that needs arches and a few minor things doing to it but its got a long MOT and if you asked him nicely im sure he would let it go for under a grand. Just realised I drove it last night and it drives really well and sounds good as well.

im not afraid of welding tbh. just this one is way to far gone. I know when i start pulling it apart to weld that im going to find more holes and more rust

Hi Briano.
Check out my latest post on one i saw today. Looks much better condition than yours...the hard work is done, has some nice bits and can be bought for resto money.
With yours as spares, you should be able to sort out all the little issues too.

Its a long way away though...deepest darkest essex.

I saw this today and thought of you......

why a celica t-sport? its not exactly a nice place to sit in?

if your looking to spend that kind of money on a celica why not buy a GT4 st205. I just happen to have one of those for sale at the moment ;)

briano

they are ok, i have some in my gt4. there is no side support though. if you where after just an engine there is a guy in birmingham who breaks gen 7 celicas and does good deals on engines and boxes ;)

his name is ams and is on the ccuk website

I have always liked the facelift seats from the mrs :D

Penny just dropped Cchyros I've had a VW for around 30 years whether it was a Beetle, Mk1 golf GTI tintop or cabrio, MK1 Scirocco GLI, MK2 Scirocco or MK2 golf but bought the first cabriolet when the x had Kim 24 years ago as there wasn't much room in the Midget I'd just finished restoring for her mind you she still drove it up until the day before Kim was born.
