View Full Version : silver MK1b - CAT C but VERY VERY minor

Very low mileage. Looks like it has been well looked after. There is a lot of info / discussion about this car on the MR2OC forum. The owner is very honest about what has happened etc.

May be of interest to one of you guys out there who are able to repair it yourselves. Shame it was needlessly recorded as a CAT C.

My car is a CAT C, I don't know why this puts so many people off a 25 year old car. I think the owner has already repaired the damage as I can't see any dents on the drivers side. I can only see one really big problem with the car, guess what :-)

if you look carefully the dents are on the front and back arches...they are pretty minor but have not been repaired.

I agree...on a 25yr old car, what difference does it make! The car could be much worse before repair due to rust and it would never have been recorded so why should a tiny superficial dent matter?
