Hi
In the process of doing up a silver mark1 and was wondering if anyone had any decent silver panels, ie doors and bonnet in particular and what the paint code number / name is of the silver colour that they were sprayed in.
Thanks

I'm desperate for a front wing so if you hear of any parts let me know! There's currently someone on ebay selling tonnes of silver stuff but not a front wing: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-MK1-MR2-Parts-/330882851664?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4d0a27a350

I would agree with Mike, unless you are Mike Brewer you will struggle to find a wing in silver that is not rusty :-)

Yeh, I probably will respray one, but I thought I'd see if there was any around! I'm probably going to buy one from the dealer while I still can. Bought one second hand last summer and it was in worse condition than the one that's on it at the moment, got my money back. I think my silver mr2 is currently turning into Halford's silver...

Sensible plan Paul, theres plenty of folk on here who are handy with a spraygun, so someone will be able to get you an accurate colour match.

How's this one coming along Paul? Presumably it was the one you had when I popped in the other week.
