I think the look of it is set off beautifully by the garden statue, who may be admiring it while washing her hair. Or perhaps it's Abraham Lincoln with a baseball bat.

I think I am going blind as I cannot see SC engine lid. Looks like an N/A to me.

I am not a fan of the kit but I do like the colour (girls are allowed to like the colours)

I'm sure when i first saw this, there was a picture where you could see more of the engine cover, and it lookes raised up like the SC, but when i look throught the pictures now i cannot see it. Maybe the pictures have been updated, or i was dreaming (it was probably 1am when i was looking at them first!!!)

the company that made the Karmeleon kit also used to make an SC replica engine cover so many kitted cars would have had an SC lid anyway

That is one of the Karmeleons i built about 12 years ago, i've a folder full of build photos... here is a dodgy phone camera video of it just freshly done (2000 remember!)

http://www.mr2mk1club.com/images/imported/2012/11/th_karmeleonsidescan-1.jpg (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v624/paddy1970/Photobucket%20Desktop%20-%20PAULWOODS-PC/karmeleonsidescan.mp4)

I built a few of them for customers and hated every minute of it, only thing i can say is it still looks like i did a good job 12 years on.
