Seeing as my restoration project has come to an abrupt halt, I have an entire MR2 Mk1 for parts.
Car is a 1987 T-Bar model in white with 67k miles on it.

Some parts are already taken by me for the other Mk1 and others are provisionally sold:
All brakes
Front bumper bar
Radiator and fans
Floor carpet
Bonnet
Headlight covers & eyebrows
Metal T-Bar strips
Plastic exterior strip along A-Pillars
Electric window motors

A list of what I do have. This is not a full list so if you need anything in particular, let me know.
67k mile 4-age 1.6 twin cam engine. Would prefer to sell with alternator, distributor, ECU, loom, fuel rail etc. Was running perfectly before removal. Needs a good detailing but have history/MOT certs to 1992 to prove mileage.
2 sets of 14" teardrop alloys in various condition. 4 are sprayed black.
Full blue interior in good condition. Seats are perfect apart from a small bit of the piping on drivers bolster coming unstitched.
Also have a pair of Supercharger Recaro seats which need some work. Drivers bolster was repaired at some stage. Needs underneath of drivers seat fixed as well as one of the netting on the headrests. Some red paint on one of the seats too.
T-Bar glass and seals. Where only leaking a small amount prior to sale and I'd hazard a guess that the seals would be fine if treated with silicone spray.
All interior air ducts, fittings etc.
Rear firewall carpet (non speaker carpet in blue).
Black T-Bar headlining.
Original radio and heater unit.
Exterior parts: bootlid, engine cover and side panels, side skirts (triangle sections sold), front bumper, rear bumper with bumper bar attached, 2 doors with windows removed.
Rear plastic roof spoiler in good nick.
Front wings are ruined with rust.
Air ducting and brand new Toyota air filter (may keep this).
Plastic undertrays
Glass: T-Bars, side and rear windows
Full exhaust in ok nick, no holes, surface rust only.
Handbrake and cables.
All 3 pedals.
Toolkit and spare wheel holder.
Front and rear lights.
Rev counter.
Front and side indicators.
Brake and master cylinder.
Steering column.
Various seals, clips, bolts, screws etc.

There are loads that I'm forgetting but that should give you an idea!
The suspension is not going to be removed, it's in poor enough condition so not worth the hassle.
Can provide any further photos as requested.

I'm not selling these parts to make money. I don't have the time/space to keep all of them so offers on all will be considered. I know how pricey some of the parts are in the UK but I'll be VERY reasonable if people are genuinely interested.

Parts are located outside Dundalk, Ireland, halfway between Dundalk and Carlingford. Collection is preferred.
For UK members interested in anything, I understand some guys might be coming over to the Kilbroney show. I should be able to make it so can deliver some of the parts there if there's something you would like.

Calls/texts/PMs are welcomed. If you can't get me on phone, drop a text and I'll come back to you.

Cheers,
Paddy

Hi Paddy,
have you got the rear 'C' pillar trims, the blue interior trim that goes up the 'A' pillar on the passengers side, and front bumper indicators.
Thanks, Neil

Hi Neil,
Do you mean the exterior black trim that runs from the rear roof spoiler? One of them is cracked IIRC, I'll have to check when I get back up to the car
And yes, have A Pillar trim and front bumper indicators.
The A Pillar trim has the grab handle on it

EDIT: I actually think it's the strip along the back of the window/spoiler that's broken. Should have both c pillar trims intact

Hi Colin,

I am not just 100% sure Re: Kilbroney at this stage but would be hopeful I could get up.
I've a few things to do to the 2 but should have the majority sorted by then.

The head cloth is in good nick as far as I remember. No holes or anything. There's some fraying at the very edges where it was glued to the T-Bar but I don;t think it would be noticed when it was re-fitted.

@ Neil: It will be next weekendbefore I get out to the car so I'll give you the confirmation Re: C-Pillar trims

Hi mate,

Is the electric aerial working and if yes, how much including postage?

I'd love the recaros but postage and or coming to collect would be ridiculous - but out of curiosity how much would you let them go for?

Padji1
26th March 2012, 02:55 PM
Aerial is gone.
As I say, the seats aren't perfect and would need a bit of work. Not looking much as they are in the parents house and they want their attic back! Say €80? (I know how much these would be worth if brought back to former glory!)

I do, think Neiljones is looking for the passenger side one so I'll give him first call if he wants it.
Can hold the driver side one for you if you want?

I've refurbed the calipers on this one and am putting them into the red 2. The red one will probably need a refurb also and I think they might be going this weekend.
If they don't go, I'll let you know
