Here we have a Genuine UK Mk1 MR2 T-Bar with Air Con and Leather interior and 95,000 miles.

This car is a late 1989 G Reg MR2 in the quite rare Helios Blue, but with the Very rare Air Con option, apparently it possibly came from Pinewood as these people fitted aircon as an optional extra.
It has Tax and MOT until spring/summer 2012.
It is fitted with 16" wheels with excellent tyres, a racing steering wheel and a Janspeed exhaust.
But it can be supplied with original wheels and steering wheel instead if you want.
It is a T-Bar complete with bags and shades.

As a club member, i am offering it to fellow members first.
The rear arches are showing signs of bubbles underneath.
I will take more pictures tomorrow.
It is £1500. If you look after this car, and give it some TLC it will be one to keep. (i have never seen another one with this spec).
Thanks for looking, and i look forward to your questions.
Regards, Neil

I always try to save MR2s, and i have saved many over the years. I have most parts here put put anything that is wrong back right.
I am here to serve and protect ;0)
From what i've been told, the suspension has been lowered slightly, and it has a SPAX sticker on the front strut brace. But have not had a good look the suspension to see what has been done.

Due to the new road tax rules, i will have to take the TAX off this if it doesn't sell in the next week, so i am not going to mees about, if you want it, you can have it for £1250, NO OFFERS. You could spend £200 on this and it would be a £2500 car. It is a bargain for someone. T-Bar not leaking.
Email me for more info or my number.
Thanks, Neil

Hi KGB603, Yes i think it is very good value. The new rules on road TAX mean that you cannot have a car TAXed if it does not have insurance, which is a bit awkward if you want to sell a car with MOT and TAX. So i have dropped the price so someone can just drive it away. Very rare to have a T-Bar that doesn't leak too.

Yep, the rules stink if you are a seller, but overall its the right thing to do if it helps to get uninsured drivers off our road.

It looks great value at £1100 (you must be able to sell it in bits for more!! ;-) ) and the fact you are offering "options" on wheel style means you wont put off someone looking for originality.

You dont fancy swapping it for that £3 credit note I have with you??

Hi Kris,
I will give you double your £3 credit not off this car if you want it ;0)
Yes, this one is probably worth more if i broke it for spares, but i try to keep all the good ones on the road, i'm not in it for the money, i love to see Mk1 MR2s driving around (i must be getting old and nostalgic).
It is a stunning looking car, and ready to enjoy this summer.
I have just had an offer from someone who tried to buy this car 18 months ago for £1800, but it was rejected by the then owner. So it really is a bargain now at £1250.
All the best Kris,
Regards, Neil
