Not new but not be around for a while and a new two.

Hi Everyone,

I have been abit quiet of late as I haven't had a working two, but about a month ago I bought a new one :).
Still red but this time a T-bar, all arches have been done in the past so no rot, she has 15" wheels and flared arches, also when I first got her she had leather seats and a momo steering wheel.

Since buying her i have done a little tinkering. She now has bucket seats, super charger rear lights, front and rear square plates and just a general tidy up.

Where did you get the bolt on arches from out of interest? Were they a pain to fit?

If you could find out Beckie, that would be great, just interested in where they were purchased from and whether they took much fettling to fit. If it's a pain to find out, dont worry!

quick question .... what did you use for bucket seat rails ? the original ones ? did you gain any head room with the bucket seats.

Sorry can't help you with the head room as I am short lol.

My other half used universal runners.

Happy new year to you all.

Now I thought I would post my first mods of the new year, so here goes.

I have finally got round to fitting my Apex lowering springs with the shocks off of my old MK1 and what a difference it has made the car drives even better no I'm so pleased, I also have put my 16" wheels on that i refurbed ready for when i was going to put my last MK1 back on the road.

Here's a pic of how she looks now, what do you think?
