The engine is in the wrong end.
The drive is going to the wrong wheels.
Engine is too small.
Too many seats
in fact, I don't think it's an MR2 at all ?

Looks decidedly average and not worth the money there asking for it.

Poor quality re-spray as a number of areas that shouldn't have paint on them do (front skirt rubber and towing eye)
Stripes are missing as well between wheel arches bumpers. It all smells of a re-spray done on the cheap.
The exhaust pipe is bent and the interior isn't to my taste at all. Anyone in the know, knows that is a pick and mix from parts that could be found. You just wouldn't choose blue and black bits and mix them together.
If it was my money, that one in my opinion is more like a £1000 car than a £1800. It is nothing like a car I would expect £3000 to get me in mk1 circles. I wouldn't get £3000 for mine and I would put mine up against that on any test.

Save your money and look elsewhere in my opinion.

What do you reckon chaps, am I right or wrong.

And the boot trim is missing over the air box in the boot.

the Arthur Daley hype in the ad. says walk away from this one
e.g "new door cards fitted" check his feedback and they are a £30 S/H item bought from paul sims
e.g. 2 "most panels respayed" blow ins touch ups basically tarted up for a profit wheeler dealer style
e.g. 3 "new bulbs fitted" FFS come on thats never going to be a major selling point
e.g. 4 "no rust" "had welding for last MOT" one is at odds with the other

So do not miss this opportunity to own one of the few MR2 MK1's left in

the U.K in this condition!
erm no I'd pass on that offer

It seems odd that the seller is starting the bidding at more than double what the car sold for last time it was on ebay!

I did a quick look at expired listings when I bought my first MR2 last week to see what the market was like. Seemed like the buyer got something of a bargin... probably until they turned up to look at it?!

It does my head in that people are out there who will happily ripp you off. All i can say is thank good for Gary. I'm hoping to buy a mr2 off him at the end of the month.
