Sunday 13^th May – Ravenswood School Custom and Classic car show. Bromley.

This is a local show that raises money for the school but is becoming ever more popular on the national show scene. See www.rwscarshow.org.uk

Monday. 28^th May Bank holiday weekend – Crawley Classic and American Car Show.

Once again we will be joining the Crawley carnival at this very popular motor show. See www.crawleyclassiccarshow.co.uk

Saturday/Sunday. 9^th/10^th June – The MR2 New Forest run weekend.

A weekend trip for all MR2’s of any Mk. With a drive on Saturday starting at the Pease Pottage services on the M23 and an overnight stay in the New Forest. Camping will be available and hotel accommodation nearby for those who do not wish to “rough it”. On Sunday we will be visiting the Beaulieu motor museum. Details are not yet finalised so see web site for latest news.

Sunday 24^th June – Bromley Pageant of Motoring

We are again attempting to secure a large plot for 15 cars. The stand is dedicated the Mk1 club. See www.bromleypageant.co.uk

Friday to Sunday July 21^st – 22^nd July. - Japanese Auto Extravaganza. East of England Showground. Peterborough .

The JAE is the biggest show of Japanese cars in England and is now established at the East of England showground in Peterborough , approx an hour’s drive up the M1 so within easy reach from the southeast. This is the clubs national event where members from all over the country attend. Many people camp overnight or stay in the nearby Holiday Express Inn. We would like to see more southeast members at this show please!

Saturday 28^thor 29^th July – MR2 Challenge – Brands Hatch.

A day’s racing, including a round of the MR2 Challenge 2006. Entry approx £10pp

Sunday August 26^th – MR2 Kent Run (Date to be confirmed)

The MR2 Kent Run is routed around the Kent countryside. Starting at the Eureka Business Park , Ashford. Located just off J9 M20. The run will take you through the Romney Marshes to Dungeness where we will stop for lunch then continue through Rye and Tenterden before heading back to the starting point in Ashford.

Sunday. 2^nd September. – Pub Meeting at the Woodman. Commencing at Noon.

The Woodman can be found by leaving the M25 at junction 5 heading for Riverhead. The Pub is on B2042 ( Cold Arbor Road ) between Riverhead and Edenbridge Road .

Sunday 7^th October – Pub meeting at the Wharf Pub. Greenhithe, nr Bluewater.
